  1. To retrieve an enclosed file:
  2.     1) Open the message.
  3.     2) Click the 'ENCL' button.
  4.     3) Select a place to save the file.
  5.     4) Select any of the file(s) you wish to retrieve.
  6.     5) If necessary, rename the file before saving it.
  7.     6) Click '<< Retrieve' to save the file.
